Tonik offers a subscription service that automatically delivers your favorite products every 30, 60, or 90 days. You can easily pause, amend, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account login or by emailing our support team.

Once we receive your order, it typically takes 2-3 working days.
Delivery Days: Our couriers deliver from Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).
Special Weather/Holiday Note: Delivery services will be suspended during the first two days of Chinese New Year, or when Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.
Please note that we currently only deliver to selected areas within Hong Kong.
Exclusions: We do not provide delivery to remote areas and outlying islands.
Address Changes: Once your order is confirmed, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your details before completing payment.
