Delivery Options & Fees
We offer free shipping for customers who reach a minimum spend, along with express options for those in a hurry.

Shipping Timeframes & Schedule
- Processing Time: Most orders are shipped within 48 working hours.
- Delivery Days: Our couriers deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
- Special Weather / Holiday Note: Delivery services will be suspended during the first two days of Chinese New Year, or when Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.
Delivery Coverage & Restrictions
Please note that we currently only deliver to selected areas within Hong Kong.
- Exclusions: We do not provide delivery to remote areas and outlying islands.
- Address Changes: Once your order is confirmed, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your details before completing payment!
- Overseas Shipping: Policies vary by region. Please contact our team at marketplace@markato.hk before placing an international order.

Issues & Tracking
- Tracking: You can track your order progress online through your account or via the link provided in your confirmation email.
- Damaged Items: If there is any issue with your product upon arrival, please email us immediately at marketplace@markato.hk so we can resolve it for you.
- Special Weather / Holiday Note: Delivery services will be suspended during the first two days of Chinese New Year, or when Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.
