Delivery Options & Fees

We offer free shipping for customers who reach a minimum spend, along with express options for those in a hurry.

Shipping Timeframes & Schedule

  • Processing Time: Most orders are shipped within 48 working hours.
  • Delivery Days: Our couriers deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
  • Special Weather / Holiday Note: Delivery services will be suspended during the first two days of Chinese New Year, or when Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.

Delivery Coverage & Restrictions

Please note that we currently only deliver to selected areas within Hong Kong.

  • Exclusions: We do not provide delivery to remote areas and outlying islands.
  • Address Changes: Once your order is confirmed, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your details before completing payment!
  • Overseas Shipping: Policies vary by region. Please contact our team at marketplace@markato.hk before placing an international order.

Self Pick-up Service

If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can visit our Kwai Chung location.

Please note: Wait until you receive your Pick-up Notification via WhatsApp before heading over to collect your items.

Issues & Tracking

  • Tracking: You can track your order progress online through your account or via the link provided in your confirmation email.
  • Damaged Items: If there is any issue with your product upon arrival, please email us immediately at marketplace@markato.hk so we can resolve it for you.
  • Special Weather / Holiday Note: Delivery services will be suspended during the first two days of Chinese New Year, or when Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.
